NATIONAL STANDARDS

METALLIST Glazov Plant has been manufacturing vices and anvils more than 60 years.  And since that time we saved quality and reliability that was regulated by GOST standards (very strict national technical documentation). This time we manufacture our vices on the base of Technical Conditions which are based on GOST national standards.

 

The heavy duty bodies of our vices are made of Ductile Cast Iron VCh50 (analog GGG50 according DIN) with tensile strength 72 520 psi.  All vices have changeable Jaws from hardened steel. This points extend the products life and increase its durability.

Strong lead screw with TRAP thread is made of steel 45. The nut is hardened 36-45 HRC. The pair lead-screw – nut can is changeable.

 

All parts of vices are manufactured from castings or row materials of Russian producers at our plant.

 

As we produce our products in Russia and use components only made in Russia you can be sure in high quality and long life of our tools and equipment.
